Do not book with breakfast ”
When I checked in, I heard that there is no restaurant for breakfast at the hotel, that means the hotel does not offer breakfast. There is some communication issue between the hotel and Agoda. I had to get refund from Agoda for breakfast fee, but it was super hard to get resonable fee! As a result, I had to waste a whole day, a first day in Lijiang, to get refund breakfast fee. So stressful!!! However, except for this, the rest of things are good! Kind staff, clean room, cheap laundry fee(3 yuan), good location which is near old town and bus terminal, etc.

A little away (15 min) from Lijiang old town. Many restaurants around. Friendly and helpful staff although limited English. This is a budget hotel, don't expect a lot of facilities. Everything are in working order.

This is my return tip and for 1 night. This time I was given a bigger room but the toilet bowl looked to me as not thoroughly scrubbed as there was stain at the bottom. I thought that was manufacturing defect. I looked into other empty rooms and a few were also having stains of various proportions. Despite this flaw, it was a pleasant room and friendly staff.
