We had to change our plans due to some health issues and we were coming on 5th instead of 31st december. We requested the manager if they can shift the dates and if there is any additional amount to pay we are okay to pay that as well. After paying almost 1800 TL, the manager refused and i would never recommend this hotel since they have zero hospitality and they never consider such issues. Minus rating for this hotel

This is the worst (not one of) hotel staying experience in Turkey (and probably the worst ever in the world). Except the good location - 10 mins walk to otogar, 5 mins walk to city centre, all other aspects I would give negative rating if it is allowed. (1) The operation and service of this hotel are very poor. We made 2-night reservation through Agoda for a 25 square meters double room with balcony and paid for the reservation. The hotel, on the other side, insisted that our booking is a 15 square meters bungalow and so asked us to pay extra for the bigger room. Even though we presented all the evidence to prove our reservation and payment, the manager didn't allow us to leave the hotel until the owner arrived. However, the owner didn't show up after we waited for 2 hours, while the manager asked us to debate with the owner in the next morning but finally the owner didn't show up still. Finally we stayed at the double room but the manager still checked whether we had paid for the reservation during every moment of our stay. I don't expect my holiday was spent on argument and being suspected. The breakfast time is 9-11am. We already told the manager that we needed to have the breakfast at 9am sharp to rush the bus. He confirmed they could do it and guaranteed that we could leave the hotel by 9:45am. Turn out we still needed to wait for 40 mins and started our breakfast at 9:40am. We asked the cleaning lady for room cleaning service in the morning but they didn't help at all. (2) There was no clear price list in the hotel. Our package included free breakfast but we got charged when we checked out because we asked for 2 cups of coffee during breakfast. The manager even refused to give us receipt for it after the payment. I feel like it was a cheating. (3) We were attracted by the photos in Agoda but in fact the furniture, floor and renovation are very old and destroyed. Toilet lid cannot be lifted up or stand and it always attacked our backs when using
