All water chalet have extra bed so it's really suitable for parents with small kids. - Clean - Huge (& roofless) bathroom. - Lighting was a bit dark otherwise all good • It's a bit of walk from the reception to the room units so it is advisable to pack your things conveniently (for yourself to carry them). • Can walk to the beach which is superb • Great view even from water chalet. I think the ones with the best views are maybe premium/deluxe ones, but if you like to explore the outside more than resting in your room, then it doesnt matter. • Staff were nice, booking were easy. The breakfast provided was very rich and parking was easy. The staff provided excellent service, even the parking attendant had a friendly smile. My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much and were reluctant to leave. This vacation home is suitable for those who are busy and need to relax and unwind. The environment of the vacation home is well taken care of, with every detail attended to, and peacocks roam freely. The bedding was very comfortable and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was very pleasant. We will definitely come back again next time.

Returned with "HOPE" but get "Disappointed"”
Few round with Avillion PD and wish the improvement would be continue but get disappointed. Bringing my parents for the experience as a relaxation due we have good experience with Avillion PD few times. Unfortunately I had been getting upset as cleanliness is the primary concern in a resort hotel, I wish it's an isolate case any how but I would give a honest review here. We are with water chalet x2, I dont wish to comment the aging of the hotel itself as it does continue to improve but the cleanliness on the hotel bedsheet (blood stain in my room) while my parents bedsheet are full with "perfume" that suppose to be with previous customer who stay with (I'm assuming bedsheet isn't change and this give a very bad impression for my family) I don't think it's missed as the bedsheet is tidy and ready for the next stay, so it's not because of bedsheet itself instead without replacement? Room isn't include towel/floor mat as well drinking water. (I hope it's been forget but it had been fulfilled after request from hotel reception (praise to the reception and the delivery guy late night). Hotel are peak on the stay period and wish this could just exception case and I wish if I had the chances on next visit, there would be cleanliness to be in priority and please keep up, I still love the relaxation in Avillion PD!

First of all, my two children who love animals and nature had a pleasant experience. Pros: 1. Petting zoo- they enjoyed feeding rabbits, chicks, tortoise etc 2. Slide at the kids pool- good addition to the pool. My kids must have gone on the slide for more than 50times 3.Sandy beach- Ample area for my girls to build sandcastles etc in the morning. They also enjoyed catching tiny crabs in the evening. 4. Breakfast buffet- kid friendly menu. 5. Friendly staffs 6. Dining options- a lot of eateries outside for dining/ takeouts/deliveries. Soo convenient 7. Garden chalet- quite spacious and comfortable for a family of 4 (2 adults 2kids) 8. Access to the beach- the Garden Chalet is soo close to the beach, pool and restaurant which is a plus point for us. Cons: 1. There were flies everywhere during breakfast buffet. 2. The chalet has clearly aged and refurbishment is somewhat necessary. 3. Chalet cleanliness- leaves a lot to be desired. We were welcomed with sandy floor and the doors and windows were quite dusty. Thankfully the pillows and bed linens were clean and smells fresh. 4. TV and remote control- could use an upgrade. 5. Coffee,tea, and sugar packets looked so weathered as if they’ve been there for quite a while (I wonder how many previous stays have they witnessed) 6. Kids club: Was never open during our stay. When asked, one staff said it’s open. Soo confusing. Overall, my kids loved this place. We stayed in the Garden Chalet, so walking to the pool, beach and hotel restaurant was a breeze. Everything was soo near, no need to wait for buggy rides. However, they did feel uncomfortable with all the flies surrounding our food at breakfast. Would I come again? Yes if it’s a short beach holiday with my little kids that I’m after. Everything is soo near and convenient plus it’s just an hour away from our house. No if I’m looking for a romantic stay with just my husband and I. Hope this helps 👍🏻☺️
