Rooms and bathrooms are 5 starts and better than many hotels in Istanbul, looby is 4 star feeling, staff are verrrry helpful and friendly, services are very fast with quality, electricity coverters are not free so try to bring one with you

Rating it 3 stars is unfair; it deserves 5 stars It will be my preferred hotel in Istanbul

Staff is super friendly . The Rooms are spacious and tastefully designed. Just a suggestion they should look at investing in some in room technology . I came across an in room tablet at a Hotel in California this tablet provided me everything I needed on my finger tips which was amazing it was called Aavgo if I can remember it correctly.

In general it was very good. The hotel is a little far from the historical and sight seeing places in the city, but offset by being so close to the airport. Comfort and cleanliness is very good, and the food is good too. For a 5 star hotel, prices were not exorbitant. Both indoor and outdoor pools were great. The sea view was fantastic.

Excellent hotel to just chill close by to airport but far away from city and even metro stations, you need to be dependent upon taxi which is not cheap. The main hotel has a lovely 1960s-70s feel to it, nostalgic stairs from reception to the terrace where the lovely blue-sea view is. Breakfast is very poor and thers no items selection enough

We booked this hotel for transit. Staffs are nice and kind. They offered for wake up call and taxi call because our flight was at 2 in the morning. The location is good not too far from metro. We walked with our baby and stroller. Recommend everyone to come.

Thie cool, funky old hotel was a private home originally. It is still decorated with some of the beautiful antique furniture of the day. The owner's family has owned the building for many years. We stayed at Piccolo for 2 weeks in September 2019 and what a wonderful hotel! The place itself is beautiful, location is good, there are 2 malls nearby and the Marina is walking distance but the Staff are just AMAZING!! I did not really enjoyed the hotel but thankfully it was only for 1 day before my transit flight. The location was rather scary but there is a 24 hr restaurant nearby. However, I must say that the design of the room and living room felt really welcoming and warm. Modern and clean. It was a first experience for me booking an apartment, so i know what to expect now.

We needed somewhere close to the airport so were only there for one night. Pros: accessible, close to restaurants, shopping and train station, all a short walk away. If anyone plans to visit Istanbul, Hotel Kuk is the best place to stay. The hotel is in Bakirkoy but very near bus station. Bus to Old Istanbul area takes about 20-30 mins depending on traffic. Bakirkoy is a very interesting town itself and worth exploring too! We had a very pleasant stay in Hotel Kuk. The staff are very accommodating. I recommend this to all!!!

Poor english! Dificult to comunicte with reception They should have someone to talk and understand english. The breakfaat was ok, but they didn't say it's at 09:00 o clock on Sundays. The bed was clean, but not the floor in the room. Will try new place next time!

2 major defects in this facility , one of them is very poor noise insulation ,I could hear my neighbor talking easily not mentioning shouting or high tv sound which was very annoying and 2nd thing no kitchen ware what so ever to cook with !!! only dishes and knifes spoons ... etc . nothing to even boil eggs and when I asked reception why is that , they said its managem...

Very near the airport BUt a huge problem getting to the airport . Hotel cost 149 Tl the shuttle cost 80 TL (5 km away !) I opted for a Taxi which cost 30 TL . Will not stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone
