We enjoyed our stay at the Banyan Tree immensely! The Banyan Tree staff were unbelievable with their kindness and went out of their way to help our family with our elderly parents. Even when it was difficult for my father in a wheelchair to get in and out of their bed with a wooden frame around it, they brought in an additional rollaway bed at no extra charge for him! The 2 bedroom villa with infinity pool was just gorgeous and we wished we booked more than 1 night as our getaway from Singapore. I cannot say enough good things about The beautiful facilities at The Banyan Tree and the exceptional staff! It really made our stay memorable and very enjoyable! We highly recommend it!

My husband and I recently enjoyed a two-night stay at Banyan Tree Bintan, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! The check-in process was smooth and efficient. Although we arrived early, our room was not yet ready, so we left our luggage at the hotel and headed out for lunch, just a short 15-minute drive away. Upon our return, we were pleasantly surprised to find that our belongings had already been transferred to our room. We hopped on a buggy and made our way to our spacious villa. The view from our villa was simply breathtaking, tranquil and picturesque that brought a sense of calm and serenity to our stay. On our first night, the hotel surprised me with a beautifully decorated room and a birthday cake. The staff even gathered to sing me a birthday song, making the evening incredibly special. The following night, we opted for in-villa dining, and the generous and delicious meal was a highlight. The staff went above and beyond by decorating our bed with a "happy birthday" message, which truly touched my heart. Breakfast each morning was a delight, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I want to express my gratitude to the team members - Albert, Heri, David, Daus, and Tyo - for their efforts in decorating the villa and serenading me with a birthday song upon my arrival. First time to banyan and all I can say is all of their staff is so well trained. They literally treat us like royals. Everyday they greet us with smiles and chat with us. Felt like I can stay there for a long time without getting bored. There are so many activities in the resort. Paid and un-paid ones. But the paid ones like sleep meditation and sound healing were the best experience I had. Also not forgetting the SPA. We took a 2.5hrs SPA and it felt like heaven. So relaxed. The food especially at Treetop were my most favourite eating place of all. Loved their chillies. Breakfast were literally good and spoiled for so many choices.... I wanna thank our friendly buggy driver Mr. Kasir and Sofyan for the ride. Our house keeping Mr. Mulia, Mr. Lilik and Wendy for making our stay so comfortable and making surprises everyday when we came back from dinner. May God bless all of you. Our recent stay at Banyan Tree Bintan from August 10th to 12th, 2024, was truly exceptional. This was my second visit to the resort, and we loved it so much that we decided to bring our family from Poland to experience it as well. We booked two seaview villas for our family of five, and every aspect of our stay was outstanding. The property itself is nothing short of breathtaking, with the seaview villas providing a perfect blend of luxury and natural beauty. The stunning views and tranquil atmosphere made our stay incredibly relaxing. The dining experience was a highlight, with every meal being a delectable treat. The food was consistently delicious, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay. One of the standout features of our visit was the massage experience. Rima and Santa provided incredible massages that left us feeling thoroughly rejuvenated. Their skill and professionalism were evident and greatly appreciated. We also want to extend our sincere thanks to the exceptional staff. Sofyan, our attentive buggy driver, and Ikhsan, who expertly managed both buggy and front office duties, were both incredibly helpful. A special mention goes to Selly, who efficiently sorted out our bills and facilitated a smooth checkout process. Their warm hospitality and professionalism made our stay even more memorable.
