    “Amazing property”

    Amazing property and stunning renovation in a prime location. We loved the architecture and the feel of this place full of history. The generous use of common space made us feel at home rather than in a hotel. Staff is very friendly and well meaning but is lacking training and experience to run the place in a way commensurate with price, aspired Standard and potential. We loved the architecture so much that we did return. We recommend the place but with some improvements this can be THE place to be in Cartagena.

    “dirty toilets, incapable and disrespectful staff”

    don't bother, there are plenty more places in cartagena, this one is not recommended. incapable staff, not clean and if i could upload pics so u would believe me u would be shocked. hard bed, dead bugs, this place almost ruined our experience in the city.
