First of all, I must say at arrival, we were welcomed with a beautiful smile even if they were super busy and we had a good vibe. I don’t get it the racist comments about any culture here. Malaysia is a very nice mix of cultures and that makes it very special and beautiful. Danajer, working so hard in front desk was so helpful. I broke my ankle a few days ago and had to use wheelchair(there’s a ramp but really not adapted to wheelchair since the inclinaison is way too intense) but we managed. People here are very nice and available. We had at first a room on first floor (room 107) with no fridge, no view (windows was tinted and can’t see outside) no TV connection… we requested to change room but it was full house so we waited the day after… we called many times (as a reminder) and got a room change to 6th floor (room 603) and it was great, way better! Clean, AC workef well, still no TV connection but it’s fine. Would have been depressed with a room without view with a broken ankle. We will stay 7 days here and the hospital is near (for my follow ups) and everything is near (chinatown,Petronas twin towers… food, lots of food, 7 eleven) For a budget hotel, it’s really nice! Here is my view from the room! We totally recommand and hope the whole team working there will get a upgrade of salary and will keep on their good work! Thank you and see you soon!
Budget and comfortable hotel”
I made 2 booking at this hotel. 1st booking was on 6-9 Aug. By the time we arrived at the hotel, the staff told us that all room is fully booked on 6th. The hotel did inform agoda to tell us that our booking is cancelled. But we didn’t received any cancellation or was informed by the Agoda/hotel regarding this matter. The hotel tried their best to help us to find new hotel to stay. But we decided to cancel and get refund our booking and stay at different hotel as this one of the option they gave to us. 9th-10th is our 2nd booking and luckily this time there is no problem from check in to check out. Swift process by the frontdesk staff and FOM explain to me about my 1st booking refund process. Thanks to Ms Rani for handling both of my booking as best as you could. Everything in this hotel good except i was hoping they could provide basic bathroom essentials, eg toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gel and shampoo. Highly recommended and will repeat stay at this hotel

I stayed as solo traveler for 5 days, 4 nights at Ramada Encore. I booked a superior room with queen bed. the hotel itself is located next to a small Hindu temple. Overall my experience with this hotel was a weird one. pros: 1. the location of the hotel is great. it's located right at the center of the city (chinatown), if you're aiming to go sightseeing & shopping spree on streetmarket, this hotel is a good option for you. there are also several 24/7 stores including a 7/11 minimarket nearby the hotel. cons: 1. my room was very small. I even don't have enough space to put my laptop (16 inch) on the wall desk they provide. 2. cleanliness is not really great. it was okay. typical an old hotel. I had broken toilet cabinet. 3. amenities is not really great. I was given only 2 toothbrushes & 2 bottle of drinking water (600ml). the drinking water is replenished every time my room made up by the staffs. soap & shampoo & 2 bath towels were provided. anything else? NADA. ZERO. EMPTY. no fridge. no room slippers. no tissue et al. 4. security: when I stayed at this hotel, I honestly don't feel secure. at first time I entered my room, I found that my door lock was broken. It's honestly was fixed by the staff quite fast. BUT, my concern is when the cleaning staff made up my room EVERY SINGLE DAY even though I already asked them NOT to. I turned off button to request room-cleaning everyday, but I found my room always made up by the staff. AND several of my items was not placed on the original location. 6. Oh and also breakfast was not really good. Need massive improvement. But honestly I didn't expect more fancy breakfast from this hotel. Overall it is weird experience. Wouldn't really recommend it to family traveler. I even was asked to deposit some money before I can enter my room (which was returned at the end of my stay).

Honest review. This place is underrated with their exceptional service and friendly staff. When we checked in we were greeted warmly by their friendly staff. Check in process was smooth. We stayed here for 4 days, out during the day and coming back at night time, surprisingly they're cleaning our room every single day, changing the sheets, towels, toiletries without you even requesting it. The only thing that I wish they could improve is their breakfast buffet (free). But all in all, we will definitely book this hotel next time we come back to KL. *They have a resto called Ceylon Kitchen with great food choices. We have tried their Sri Lankan Set and it exceeded my expectations. Try the food in their menu and you will not get disappointed.
