Bursa hotels & places to stay

The staffs don't speak English. But they tried their best to help us out. You can always use Google Translate for better understanding. We went to Mount Uludag. The staff called metered taxi so that we will never be cheated.

Hotel location near to Uluyol tramvay, Osmangazi tramvay and Osmangazi metro. Check in process is quick as the receptionist is very professional. Staffs are very helpful and kind. Room is very clean. Breakfast is wonderful. Will consider stay at this hotel again next time in Bursa.

The room is spacious and clean. It is completed with kitchenette. The hotel is close to altiparmak tram and bus station, which bus to bus terminal is easily accessed, merinos metro station, and supermarket. The staff is good.

Located in center of Bursa, close to metro, shopping mall, tram station. Everything in this hotel is new and clean. Breakfast is very good. Nothing to complain.

Hotel needs renovation, sleeping mattresses must be change it's not comfortable at all.. breakfast is very basic.

Wonderful staff, facilities. I loved the spa and pools. Breakfast was great and contains too many options. The car parking was not a problem and the location is in the city center. The only minus is they did not serve filter coffee at 11:01?! And they quickly need to change hairdryers. But these are small things that can be fixed quickly. Definitely recommend this hote...

it was excellent stay at crown plaza Bursa , the hotel location opposite to the mall where have a reassurance and coffee shops , the room was comfortable and big , the staff was polite and help me arrange transportation to the ferry. i highly recommended this hotel

My 3 nights stay at the hotel was enjoyable. The corner room is spacious and the bathroom is huge. The breakfast buffet was good but could be better. Staff is nice and helpful. The internet was surprisingly very fast. Great experience in general.

I stayed in Hilton Bursa Convention Center and Spa for 3 nights and this hotel really deserves 5 stars. Everthing in this hotel including room amenities, restaurants, breakfast etc. was simply perfect. I have to also give a big credit to the hotel staff who were very helpful and served with a big smile during my stay.

Even though the hotel next to this one seems newer and better, you get better service here. Extremely friendly staff. Their 2 musicians are the best. Gokhan and Aybars. It'd be great if they invest on their look little bit but still this hotel is recommended.
