"Good hotel in Bursa. Please Take Note no outside food is allowed! We were not aware so when my kids wanted to pack a pidem/pizza/kfc from the mall, we are not permitted to bring in to the hotel. So remember to not pack any food back if you choose to stay this hotel. Abit troublesome especially when we are a family woth young children who will always need children’s food n can’t be expecting to rely just on the hotel menu! "

"Wonderful staff, facilities. I loved the spa and pools. Breakfast was great and contains too many options. The car parking was not a problem and the location is in the city center. The only minus is they did not serve filter coffee at 11:01?! And they quickly need to change hairdryers. But these are small things that can be fixed quickly. Definitely recommend this hotel for a peaceful option. "
