The staff is excellent, especially if you are not fluent speaking Spanish. From arranging taxi cabs to printing airline tickets, very helpful. Rooms are very small & do not have air conditioning.

I had a great time at hostel Encuentro, the place is really lovely, very clean and Adolfo and the rest of the staff are very friendly, helpful and carrying! Besides the breakfast is delicious and the terrace has got a very nice view! Amazing place, had a great time there and I totally recommend this hostel!

I personally prefer modern style than old fashion. Rooms are not well decorated and definitely was a good hotel long time ago there are better options for the same price on the same location. I won't come here again

Continental breakfast, and while there's no restaurant for dinner, is within close proximity to a shopping mall w a decent food court/restaurant, and right around the corner (opposite direction from mall) is an Italian restaurant with a fun and artsy vibe. It was just ok. We wanted a tour around the city which we found was a little overpriced and also that they guy that drove us was not authorized to do tours. If the police would ask we had to say we were friends. It was awkward.
