"Reception was professional and very friendly and the hotel had adequate Internet. However, there is no traditional lobby to enjoy (just a smoking lounge). What was most disappointing was the service at the restaurant. The room was overall big and nice, but looked into the courtyard with very little green and sky. There was one unwelcome visitor in the room (cockroach), this I did not expect in light of how the hotel was marketed. "
