"We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in August. The location is superb! Right in front of a major roundabout on the main promenade, overlooking the sea. Breakfast was delightful, served on the top floor. If you get in early, you could get a table on the balcony overlooking the sea. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Because the hotel is very centrally located, please be aware that you will hear music playing until about 11-12 at night. It did not really bother us. We had thought of staying at the double tree Hilton before we arrived. We were glad we didn't as the hotel was located a bit further away from the seafood restaurants at the marina and the old town shopping area. There was a shopping complex opposite the Hilton but we felt that the atmosphere near the old town was more interesting. "

"I travel alot and stay at many hotels all year round and Charisma is definitely one of the best hotels that I had stayed at!. The customer service and hospitality was amazing and we were upgarded from regular to superior room up on arrival by the front disk girl (Mona) as I remember her name for no extra charge. The view from the balcony is spectacular food was great as well and definitely add the dinner to your booking if you can because it is realy worth it. Transportations were very convenient since there were several busses passing by the hotel door from ealy morning tell mind night almost every 10 muints and they go all around the city including Ephesus. Again a big Thanks to Mona, customer services guys and hotel management for making our trip exciting and enjoyable and making it easy to obtain the coved test from the hotel directly for people who traveling to country's that requires it. And I will definitely visit you again!!"

"Upon check in you are greeted by a sign that sais "it is forbidden to bring outside food and drink to this hotel" nice introduction! The rooms are just ok with nice sea view, no elevators in this hotel, standard turkish breakfast buffet. I tried a few times to ask the reception staff about tours and information in Kusadasi, I would get a blank look and the would point outside and say "taxi" On the website it states free wifi in public areas and in the rooms- Wrong they charge for it and when I said when I booked it said it was free they just shrugged. The worst thing about this hotel was the shower, it was barely a trickle and the water that did come out smelled of sewage."

"It was a terrible experience, and I could not imagine a hotel that could not take a shower because the electricity was cut off at the hotel. Even though electricity was cut off until checkout, no one apologized. There were several wooden thorns in the room, and they were stabbed in the sole and bleed.I would like to investigate and refund the hotel site by Agoda.com. "It was my first time to stay in a Hilton hotel and it exceeded our expectations! The room and toilet and bath are spacious and clean. The view (Marina) from our balcony is breathtaking, especially at sunset! The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety to choose from. The hotel is a great place to stay in Kusadasi, which is a place to relax and enjoy the sea and food offered in the town. Kusadasi is only 30 mins away from Selcuk, where we enjoyed wandering in Ephesus and visited the House of Mary. The hotel staff were attentive and conscientious and speaks English very well, which is a huge plus for us!"
