I have stayed in many hotels in Turkey and most are very good, but this one was not just great, in terms of value for money, location and views but the hotel offers rooms where you can move around with ease and appreciate the comfort of home in a hotel room, which is very hard to do with most hotels.

Yaslilar icin arazinin dik olmasi sebebiyle uygun degil. It is not proper hotel for old man because of slopes.
Short walk from the main part of town. Plenty of cafes and bars nearby. A clean but old hotel. The facilities are fit for purpose but the breakfast buffet is lacking and very token. The hotel wifi is terrible making planning and booking extremely difficult.
Rooms are basic, but love the views from the room as it overlooks the sea with pigeon Island on one end and Kusadasi city on another. Also love the pool which is piped with refreshing cold water continuously. Lots of stairs to climb within the property to get to room, as no lift within property.

This is a very affordable hotel, in an excellent location. Kusadasi has some problems with the sewage system, so one of the rooms had a bad smelling bathroom, but the staff replaced it immediately.
As for the price I paid a very good , well located hotel with good breakfast and dinner. Only problem was sometimes the internet connection . To connect to internet I had to input room and passport nr and not only once a day but some times 2-4 times . In addition connection was sometimes unstable. That maybe is not so important to many people but to me it was ...
overall, i am very satisfied with my stay. the best thing of the place is the team that works there. it is managed by the owners and they really care about your satisfaction. the rooms/apartments are spacious. the pool is very nice for summer time. it is only 200m from the beach.

My stay at this hotel was very accommodating and I feel that only minor changes need to be addressed, e.g.; better shower curtains for water leakage, adding golf carts for the recreational activities down the hill, and maybe changing the expensive laundry list by making it more affordable.
We really enjoyed our stay! Connections to dolmuses were close and the owners were very helpful and friendly! Loved it!
It was a terrible experience, and I could not imagine a hotel that could not take a shower because the electricity was cut off at the hotel. Even though electricity was cut off until checkout, no one apologized.There were several wooden thorns in the room, and they were stabbed in the sole and bleed.I would like to investigate and refund the hotel site by Agoda.com.
Although check-in time is 14:00, we were able to checkin at 16:30. Hotel is generally is old and, room and bathroom are small. Bed is not comfortable. Hence, room should be renewed. View of seaside rooms are good. I have no idea about foods, pool and beach. I stayed only for one night sleep.

This is a very affordable hotel, in an excellent location. Kusadasi has some problems with the sewage system, so one of the rooms had a bad smelling bathroom, but the staff replaced it immediately.
