It was a very good hotel decked up with all the features, with some improvement on english speaking staff it can truly become number one hotel in Shantou

This hotel is 1 of the only 2 5-star hotels in Shantou. The rates are good considering it is a 5-star hotel. It is along the popular Jin Sha Street and within walking distance to many food places and shopping areas. Hotel recommended for those who wants a hotel with good facilities.

I will be there again when visiting Shantou.

The room was in very good condition for such an inexpensive place. The location is near some good restaurants and, for me, I wanted to do some hiking across the river. It was very convenient for that. Staff was very helpful, but some knowledge of Chinese would be helpful. Not much English spoken. Only downside was some smell in the room -- seemed like stale cigare...

Everything is perfect here, value for yr money. Best hotel in China at this low price. The only thing needs to b improved is the cleanliness of the floor. Maybe it's because Chinese are not so neat in cleaning. They always do things fast but end with imperfect work. All in all I will come back here this Jinjiang Inn Shantou. Best in town..trust me.

City centre area, room is ok for the price

We stayed in a deluxe twin room without breakfast (hence we cannot comment on the restaurant/bfast). The room was big, clean and comfortable. We love the large bathroom especially. The hotel is located in quite a convenient and safe location, near to public transport too. Overall our stay was pleasant and the room rates was super reasonable and value for money.

Highly recommended hotel. The staff very nice n very clean. 1 Small think I don’t like, its near the morning market so early in the morning very noisy.

Very bad wifi connection..but a lot of things to eat

The hostel is a little old but great value for the price. Some places I've are located in the highrise apartments and finding the right address is a challenge, here you just walked off the street and you will find the hostel. It's also near bus stop and long distance bus station, very convenient. I will not hesitate to return.

Dont book the bus ticket from Shantou to Xiamen, its not reliable, we booked cause they was a banner there saying travel by vip bus and we were advise to book thru the agent, come to think abt it wonder if he is a staff of the hotel. Overall it was a nice stay. The front hotel staff was really helpful.

It is a fairly clean and newly refurbished hotel. I would strongly recommend to foreign traveller who prefer clean and new hotel in town. The price is very well affordable too and the hotel is located right in the middle of Shantou City. Love it.

The hotel used to be a leisure centre so it's not surprised it has all sorts of leisure facilities like spa, steam and massage. However the decorations are quite dated and some are fallen apart. They really should have refurbished the toilets before the grand open last year. Apart from that, the stay was of great value considering all the free stuffs. Worth a try.

I picked the hotel because the price was very reasonable. Although it has a huge car park, it was always full at night due to night-club and massage parlour patrons. So be prepared that you might not find a parking space is you come back around 10pm. The room is ok la taken the rate paid. Just a clean room and no extra expectation. Space is quite enough for two. Safely located in the center of city. Famous restaurants, night market and fruit stores in walking distance. Good for a walk even at night. Parking is not easy for first timer. You need to wait for the valet parking staff to come back and guide you to the nearby parking lot. It takes him quite long to guide one car at a time.
