"We stayed in a Holiday Inn Express in another city to start this trip and were so impressed with the service, we decided to try another one here in Taian. The service was just as good. No exaggeration in saying 6-star service. They were tireless in doing anything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Booking a taxi for us when we left...front desk guy walked us to the taxi and helped us with luggage, told the driver where we wanted to go, gave us milk and 5(!) extra bottles of water when we arrived late to the hotel and the outside convenience store was closed. What made this even better is that this hotel has only been open for 1 month. We stayed in a room that had never been stayed in before. Beautiful hotel and perfect service. We will book Holiday Inn Express in China wherever they are available."

"Hotel location is about 20 minutes cab ride from Taishan high speed station (not to be confused with the railway station). Next to the hotel is a department store with supermarket. Nearby the hotel one can easily find food stalls too. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious with good Wifi coverage. All basic amenities are available - air con/heater, TV, slippers, water boiler, hair dryer. Overall, a good place to stay for one night before climbing Mount Tai the next morning. "
