Public taxi did not charge by meter when we wanted to travel to Shanghai city. At last, we ended up travel to Shanghai by hotel's taxi costed RMB500. Will choose the same hotel for my next trip to Taicang."

"They gave me a lower class room. I was only upgraded to my originally booked room on the second day. Not a single word about compensation. In fact this hotel stole money from me! (I paid higher class room, they gave me lower class). The restaurant is so dirty, I could not believe it. It looks like they did not vacuum the floor in the past 5 months. When I came into the restaurant, there was not a single free table. Staff didn't care at all. NEVER AGAIN."
