Real reviews for hotels
Scenic area is beautiful and full of charm. Very busy with tourists though. West is restored more commercial but no less charming and pretty.
Wuzhen gets uncomfortably warm & unbearingly humid in Summer. Best time is Spring or Autumn. Wuzhen water town is divided into 2 parts: East scenic area (smaller, older looking but more authentic) and West scenic (larger, more touristy)area.
I went there during the long Chinese New Year holiday, everywhere is filled with a crowd. The old town is really beautiful no matter in day-time or night-time.
Wuzhen is an historic town, canals and waterways everywhere. There are 2 historic sections of town that have been preserved and are both worth visiting, particularly the western section.
A rural town striving on tourism of the water village. A taste of old China living. Water villages are worth visiting though entrance is quite expensive 120rmb for west n 150 for both East n West per day West village is good enough and need a whole day into the night to enjoy.
Wuzhen has a very natural village view: the river, the boat, the trees, the people, the houses, makes us forget about the life in the city.
