Conveniently located within walking distance of Kea Farm and other attractions in the highlands. The hotel is easy to find and offers ample parking, which made our stay stress-free from the start. The location is perfect for exploring the highlands, with popular spots just a short walk or drive away. Our room had a partial mountain view, which was beautiful, though slightly marred by the sight of new apartment buildings. The small balcony was a bit disappointing, as it lacked chairs, making it less inviting for enjoying the view. The room was clean and well-maintained. We were particularly pleased that the housekeeping staff changed our linens and towels on the second day without us having to ask, which was a welcome surprise after a long day of food hunting and sightseeing. However, the bathroom was smaller than expected, which could be a minor inconvenience for some. The hotel has an indoor swimming pool, but it operates on a schedule and closes at 5:30 PM. Unfortunately, during our stay, the kids' pool was under maintenance, leaving only the adult pool available. This was a bit of a letdown, especially for us, family with young children. Although our booking didn’t include breakfast, we opted for the buffet on our second day, and it turned out to be a great decision. The breakfast spread was generous, offering a good mix of local Malay and Chinese dishes alongside international options. It’s worth trying if you stay here. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and the staff were attentive to our needs throughout our stay, adding to the overall positive experience. Our stay at Copthorne Hotel Cameron Highlands was a warm and welcoming experience overall, though with a few ups and downs. The reception staff, while efficient, came across a bit stern compared to the friendly demeanor of the rest of the hotel team. Nevertheless, they promptly addressed issues such as noise from guests upstairs, showing great assistance in settling the matter swiftly through WhatsApp, which proved very convenient. Our room, while comfortable, did experience some noise disturbances at night from neighboring guests, but the hotel staff's quick response helped mitigate this inconvenience effectively. Despite this, the room was well-appointed and offered a balcony with a stunning view. Gazing out over the clouds drifting across the mountains and the serene valley below was truly mesmerizing. One of the highlights of our stay was the buffet breakfast, which offered a diverse and delicious menu. The hotel's strategic location near attractions like Cameron Santorini, the sheep sanctuary, butterfly farm, and various strawberry farms, as well as nearby Indian and Malay restaurants, made exploring the area convenient and enjoyable. I particularly appreciated the suggestion for the hotel to introduce room tags such as sunrise view, sunset view, and mountain view. This would greatly assist guests like myself who enjoy such specific views and would be willing to plan accordingly. Even without such tags, I managed to catch some beautiful sunrises during my stay, thanks to the hotel's scenic location. Overall, our experience at Copthorne Hotel Cameron Highlands was positive, with its comfortable accommodations, attentive service, and picturesque surroundings leaving a lasting impression. Located a distance away from Brinchang town and nearby to Kea farm. Convenient to move about, adequate parking at hotel basement. Room is spacious with comfy king size bed. Need to provide more clothes hangar. Windows not ab le to be locked, so parents need to take note. There are small ants crawling along the side of the walls along the bathrom basin, wardrobe and TV. Some stains on the lower bathroom wall, something hotel management need to ensure their staf do proper cleaning. Coway water dispenser outside the corridor near to lift. There is ironing area nearby as well. Complimentary 2 bottles of water in the room together with basic tolietries. But no hand towel and towel holder at the wash basin.

Hotel location is excellent where it's walking distance to Sheep Sanctuary, Kea farm and Raju or EQ strawberry farm. Good for family with young children to kill time without needing to drive out. Evening can walk to nearby Wing restaurant for steamboat or Chinese small fry dishes. We ordered Dominos delivery as we were bit tired to walk. We booked a hotel room is without balcony, but good view. Window without sheer curtain, so it's all visible if we do not pull out the sunblock curtain. No AC but with a good fan. Bathroom is clean, with shower and basic toiletries. The hair and body soap is china made and not heard of its brand. We used our own shampoo. No water bottles will be provided as they have Coway water cooler. Bring your own water tumbler or refill the mineral water you bought outside. Breakfast was very good spread and most important the food is fresh and hot dishes are warm or freshly prepared. We were staying at Zenith the night before to try out their buffet breakfast and I would say they loose to Copthorne. The bar is no longer in operation but you can order alcohol drinks at the coffee lounge. There's a corner with massage chairs, snooker tables (RM6 per game), foosball/table soccer (RM4 per game), darts, Nintendo arcade games. We enjoyed playing the snooker and foosball. Everything is token based and there's a token exchange machine only take in RM 10 or RM50, not RM 1 or RM5. Parking lot has 3 levels and EV charging stations are abundance. Didn't check out their swimming pool. Gym is basic.

Good stay. Good location. So I thought when I paid a bit extra for a good room, breakfast and a good view I will get that but we got the room with no view and a whole lot of rooftop only. The whole time the window overlooks the rooftop of the pool and no 'nature view' as mentioned. The rooftop is accessible to go out onto so we were not comfortable leaving the windows open since anyone could just hop into the room. It was a dissappointment since we wanted to feel the morning fog coming in like laat time when we had the balcony room. Other than that it was a good stay
