From pool to ocean in a few walking steps. The room was clean, updated with a nice tile floor (not carpet that hides dust and nastiness) a large tv screen and crisp white linens on the bed. Excellent location in old city. An easy walk to explore the city. Excellent value but remember it is Colombia so the room is spartan and the entire property is not posh. The included breakfast was great and the terrace was wonderful. The staff was very helpful but English was very limited as expected. Would stay here again

Fantastic little hotel about 15 min walk from the walled city. This really is an amazing hidden gem about 5-10 min walk from the walled city. Location was great, the 'grounds' of the hotel were lovely and the traditional feel of the rooms was a nice touch. Really loved it here and cannot wait to go back.

I happened to have upgraded room while I was staying there as my booked room was pretty standard. I ended up with larger room which has double vitrages so that I could sleep longer without being waken up by the sun. I was pleasantly surprised by my stay here. It was always clean, the staff were super friendly, the vibe was cool and respectful, and the location can’t be beat. Oh and it has A/C! I’d definitely recommend it.

It was great. Staff was super helpful and polite. They went out of their way to make you feel welcome. The building itself is incredible. Beautiful courtyard with gardens and huge high ceiling rooms. All is a bit outdated but I think that added to the 'Old World' feel. One issue were the plug air refreshers. Either take them out or replace with aromatic natural oils.

We booked this hotel because it was a late trip and very few options were available. The room is nice and the staff is very professional and helpful. The location is also great. However, once we went around we realised that we could have booked a much better boutique hotel and around the same price. Probably with a pool and other facilities.

The location is great, the service is great, the room is great. And the hotel is designed to good for environment, the wall is with plants, even the bills are used recycled paper. I only can say: PERFECT!! Next time I will live here for sure.
