Staff was very courteous and helpful, completely satisfied with the assistance on booking English speaking taxi and other requests. Hotel was VERY CLEAN with nicely appointed bathroom. Bed was very comfortable (I sleep on a temperpedic bed at home and the hotel beds were quite good, (though not exact same).. Balcony on main bedroom chamber was a nice option for ambiance. Overall a good price for nice accommodations and staff was quite excellent.

Location is perfect especially if you came with my purpose, one night party at Ibiza Beach Club. Room is basic but great. It’s good, clean and fresh. The bathroom is basic but again good and clean. Breakfast the next morning was average but fit for purpose. Downside was rowdy neighbours on my floor coming in late after sunrise and making a racket in the hallway. But I guess, Odessa is a summer party town afterall and this type of behaviour comes with the season. However, I will still most certainly use this venue again and again in the future.

The Atlas is a little gem in the centre of Lviv. Within a few minutes' walking distance of the main square, Plosha Rynok, and many of the city's key sights, the hotel is a great place to stay. The room was very comfortable and quiet, and considering it was snowing outside, it was very warm and cosy. The staff are very friendly and helpful and gave us good advice on where to go and what to see. We had the transfers to and from the airport - very easy to organise through the hotel reception and very worthwhile. The adjoining restaurant Szkocka serves excellent food at a very reasonable price - great value for money. And the Veronika tea/coffee shop just across the street has lovely cakes .... Lviv is a great place to visit and the Hotel Atlas is definitely the palce to stay! We heartily recommend it and will stay here again.

This is a big international style hotel which had a good breakfast buffet and good service at reception and with bag check. Hotel seems to have central air conditioning which is unusual in Ukraine. My AC unit worked but it seemed to have difficulty cooling the whole room. The bed was comfortable and the shower and bathroom we’re fine. I stayed on the 14th floor and had some pretty interesting views of the city. Surprisingly the window opened to admit a nice breeze at night. The location was not ideal for me, as I was a tourist and wanted to head toward the river for most of the tourist attractions. These were a bit of a hike, and public transportation didn’t seem to get me there much faster than walking. On the upside, Uber rides in the city are cheap by US standards. The hotel also has a Terrace Café out front seemed attractive, but I did not eat or drink there. The staff spoke good English which I very much appreciated.

Personel in reception very kind and helpful. Great view, especially in restaurant during free breakfast and paid dinners. You can order food to your room via phone. Smaller rooms have side view on the Opera house, suites have front view on Opera and side view on fountain and Prospekt Swobody. Rooms are generally clean, sink was almost shining, towels changed daily even on Saturday and Sunday, all things replenished daily-shower gel, hair shampoo and soap, even "welcome water". There was one very bad thing. Around the WC nobody from cleaning staff looked I think, there was literally brown excrement on the back side on top of a toilet - near wall, clearly visible when toilet seat was down. It was like this when I came to hotel, unfortunately first thing to see when I entered my room late night. On the waste bin near toilet there was also many splashed things, I don't even want to think what it could be. It is unacceptable in this class of hotel to prepare room for guests in such way.

The hotel is very opulent, a lot of marble in the foyer. My room was small but comfortable with a nice view out over Odessa towards the sea. My first experience in the Ukraine was a lot of unfriendly people but the staff at California were lovely and the young man that worked there spoke perfect English and was very friendly. The hotel is well located and is close to some really nice cafe's, one in particular on the corner called Tavernetta which had some tasty dishes and nice wines.

The hotel has lovely facilities but would not recommend it for someone outside Ukraine or for someone who has no weight to pull. My first first night I awoke with an asthma attack because of mold. The carpet was wet. They moved me. The next night I ate sushi in the executive restaurant. I awoke vomiting and had loose bowels all next day. Came back from euro vision to vomit again . Had to extend by one day. Last night had to reject my so called veal which was worse than my local hamburger shop and the wine was off also. Spoke to customer relations and she seemed to question my experience. I am awaiting her decision. But it's been a horrid few days

The hotel is located very conveniently, within walking to distance to Podil (underground bars and easy restaurants area) and Andriivs'kyi descent. The rooms are OK, clean and tidy, but somewhat overpriced for the value they offer. The breakfast is little expensive too, you'd be better off by visiting a nice cafe nearby and booking with the rate without breakfast. The staff was mostly absent on the reception, you'd have to ring a bell to have someone come by. My room had a problem with the sink and the water was accumulating there very quickly, so hopefully they will get it fixed. In general a nice stay, you can stay in this place if the money looks good to you.

The staff was the whole Star very friendly, Even before our stay they have been very helpful how to get there. At our one week stay they always helped us, how to get to some points of interest. Breakfast was tasty (Served from 7:00 untill 11:00 am, so you‘re able to sleep long) The Menu in the Restaurant has a great choice, a mix between local, western and exotic Meals. You should try the soljanka soup - its so tasty!!! There is a 24Hour acces to a coffee machine and Cookies, which you can use your whole stay for free. (I Used it a lot - and its for free!) If i‘ll have to go to Kiew again, i will choose this Hotel. Its near the metro station „Nyvki“ (red line) you can Reach it with the bus (all the buses are riding there) The reception staff are able to speak with a great english- there was one women who wasnt able to speak the best english but it was still possible with hands and feet to communicate. The price of Hotel is very good. The room was very good and modern with beautiful view of Kiev landscape. The bathroom was modern with all services, shower with hot water. The bed was comfort, there was a tv with a list of famous channels of Europe and Ukraine. In generally result very good and good price for twin room. It is near Universitet Metro Station of Kiev, 2 stop from center square. There are many shops and bankomat near hotel. The position is only little difficoult for the big traffic of Kiev, many cars in front hotel.

The service was good from check-in to leaving. The reception staff were really helpful and spoke very good English. The hotel is really nice and the rooms are modern and well equipped. Our room was on the 5th Floor and overlooked a courtyard with apartments. It was a lovely quiet room, considering we were in the centre of town. Our only comment about our room is that it was compact and the window was really small, which made it quite dark. We only paid £87.50 per night, (including breakfast) so can't really complain. If we go back to this hotel we will ask for a room with a larger window. The air conditioning wasn't brilliant, but was really quiet. The bed was really comfortable and the shower good. We got 2 macaroons, which were lovely, each night with turn down. We didn't use the spa or pool. We had a couple of drinks and coffees in the bar and the prices were so reasonable for a 5 star hotel compared to London. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice.

Best location, seuoer clean, great room, close to everything , nice ambiance . I had a problem with Agoda booking , as they deduct the money and sent an email about the hotel booking rules, and the booking ID - but when i reach the hotel, after a long flight and 2 hrs traffic, i found that Agoda canceled my booking - But the receiption lady and the trainee lady at the front desk was super helpfull and they handle the situation professionally. But i had to book another room with higher price (agoda problem)

We arrived quite early before the check-in time. However, the lady at the reception took care of us really well. The gentleman was also a nice person - once he got to know that we were from China, we had a pleasant conversation which brought us closer to the hotel and the city. The hotel is located right at the center of the city, thus, everything was easy! Lovely place which I would visit again :))

We stayed here with our children aged 3 years and 6 years and we cannot fault the hotel on any aspect. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The facilities are beautiful and nothing has been unaccommodated for. Alexander from the restaurant was particularly helpful and very friendly. Shall we visit Odessa again, we will most definitely return!

The architecture of this large hotel is externally dull and not so inviting. The entrance to a seemingly unused underground car park suggests that it's a relic of the seventies or eighties. (Lacking a flashlight, I didn't venture down there.) But no matter, because inside, all is clean, comfortable and efficient. (And unlike too many hotels in Ukraine, there's no sexy night club, meaning that in one's bedroom late at night and early in the morning there's no dull thudding sound of electronic muzak.) The hotel is a short walk up a mild hill from the center of town, probably a good idea after a good dinner washed down with beer or wine. I enjoyed my stay and I'd definitely stay here a second time.

Superior hotel. I stays at this hotel for more than two weeks and it is truly five stars, very clean and service is very good and the room is good size includes spate shower and bath. The breakfast and food at the hotel are excellent and they have five restaurants and a gym and spa and indoor swimming pool as well. The hotel is located in a central location and two minutes walk from the metro, close to super market, cafe's and other dining. The hotel has a currency exchange and ATM machine and the Concierge’s speaking excellent English and they are helping you any other way includes getting the Scorpios group concert tickets. The staff working at the hotel spoke English very well and were always friendly and willing to help and I cannot say good enough about the hotel
