It was a value for money deal only for stay if you want to stay for cheap. Friendly staff, they made calls on my behalf to ferry terminal, did not even charge money. Food is not so good. Very far from the airport terminal, atleast 1 hour by car. I faced problem with the water in the washroom while shower and had to call the staff to fix it as the flow was very slow. Good to stay if one wants to stay inside the city. Lot of places to eat around the hotel to explore Indonesian food.

There was a miss comunication between the management so there is no more air conditioning deluxe room. but they quickly settle the problem by giving me a family room with air conditioning which is bigger than deluxe room. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is very nice and i like the way they flip the towel. I think the listing should be more honest. There was a lot of information left out on this house. I was here on a short getaway with my husband. We arrived much later than our ETA due to departure and arrival delays to Batam, so I was grateful that the caretaker was still around to open the door. But the address and pinned location given on the map was not accurate. We found the house because I recognised its colour from the pictures. The room was very basic. To be fair this seemed like the best choice at the very last minute as I was looking for a place within budget offering a bathroom with a bathtub. However we were highly disappointed when the hot water didn't run for long, and the bath tub barely filled 1/4. Why install a tub and advertise it if it does not function well?Aside from the few negatives, this listing left out positives as well. There are a lot of local eateries and minimarts within 5-20 minute walking distance. I like local food so this was a huge plus.

The place is almost perfect but its really hard to communicate especially if most people don't speak English. Few suggestions though, please add a lift if possible? Shower heater is also a "must". Please try to improve the bathroom area, you may consider adding a "small" mirror. However, you may opt to go to Nagoya Hill mall or Kepri mall which will cost you "roughly" 100,000 rupiah (incl. cab fare and food). For Travellers, make sure you have the following. These will save you from a lot of trouble especially if you will be staying for a couple days. 1. Buy a sim (mine cost 100, 000 rupiah which already includes 9 gb of data) 2. Download Indonesia > English translator app free from google play store. 3. Download "Grab" app (if you plan to go around, its much cheaper to request for a cab through the app instead of getting it outside).

The bed is nice sturdy enough. But the environment too noisy with all the people who stay there also without considering for other people who stayed there. The surrounding area is quite mess with all the jackpot games store around there....the price is quite high if U compare with the other red doorz hotel. It was a one pleasant week stay. Location is 10-15mins walk to kepri mall and nearby got food court. If you are lazy to walk or explore the surrounding just order food via grab or gojek it will be very convenient. The place is not difficult to find. WiFi is quite fast. To Nagoya mall will just be 15mins drive (car/bike) and its very cheap. Check in/out process was quic...It was a one pleasant week stay.
