"this is in many ways a 5 star hotel, with excellent facilities, beautiful rooms, top of the line service. but, at least in my stay, i found some minor things which could certainly be improved with a little effort. thru agoda i got a price per day, on internet i foun later other sites with prices almost dollars per day cheaper, and included breakfast. also the room had many broken or not working items, like the shower, the room safe, internet access (no cable), all electrical outlets are "hong kong type", not for regular chinese electrical plugs, so i had to buy adapters for my electrical "toys". also their staff should be more profficient in englsih, i order "two eggs scramble with ham and hash browns" for room service for breakfast, and got two orders of it isntead. and they insisted i had ordered two different breakfasts, and i had ordered only one with two eggs, scrambled. swell, zi [paid the extra 68 yuans rather that continue a totally distateful confrontation. but still fell it is a nice hotel, too bad it does not have a beach nearby, it is a taxi ride 20 minutes away."
