Exceeded my expectations ”
Very large and very well managed resort, food was excellent and beaches (3 of them) clean and all different in terms of facilities and so on which helps cure any boredom you would usually associate to a smaller hotel. I would definitely stay here again which is not a common review response from me. In terms of hotel guests it was mainly Russians, some Europeans and a couple of people from the UK. Everybody was polite and friendly and the staff do a great job of managing all the different nationalities. The only negative I can offer is that occasionally during dinner you would have to wait a little too long for a drink. Staff could be a little more attentive to empty glasses on the table.

We had 4 nights stay at the the hotel .The Location was good , but food and beverages were covered with flies .. we got sick at the last night of our vacation, diarrhea and vomiting , my husband and I are on medication now. Hotel staff helped us for a room change as I paid tripple bad and refuse to stay with folding bed room . Renovated rooms and location is perfect but foods should be covered at the open buffet . Receptionist Mrs Gulçin were kind to us helped us for a room change .If you are familiar with nature and its habitat hotel is perfect but the managment should check the food and water that could cause bacterial infection .

Overall we have been quite happy with our stay. The location is very good, the sea is beautiful. The beach on the hotel side gets quite windy at times (which probably is great during hotter days of the summer, but was a bit cool for us in September) and is not sandy, while the village side is excellent. Getting there can be a bit challenging with small kids, but definitely worth the effort. It's a bit annoying that the all-inclusive hotel stay does not cover water and food on the village side though. Personnel is very friendly and helpful in general. Our only negative experience was the intense cigarette stink in the baby cot we were given. It was surprising that they could even put that in our room as there was a huge smoke stain on the side, and a terrible stink that covered the whole room. But it was replaced right away when asked. Also the lift area (which we had to use for buggies) was quite dirty, leftovers from room service lying around sometimes for days (not really hygienic).

Geçmiş yillarda shuttle surekli ring halindeydi ve hic boyle bekleme yasamamistik. Mini-club cok yetersiz, cocuklar hic vakit geciremiyor. Gece mini disko icin mini bodrum’a gittik 2 defa ama denk gelemedik, ya cok kisa surede bitiyor yada hic baslamiyor. Mini bodrumdaki barda cogunlukla tek barmen calistigi icin 21.00 sonrasi uzun kuyruklar olusuyor.
