Recently stayed in Lexis Hibiscus Premium Pool Villa on September 2024. My family and I had a great time there! When we arrived at the lobby, the hotel porter immediately attended to us by getting our luggages and welcomed us with a warming smile. Check-in process was fast and easy! The reception staff was also exceptional as she politely and patiently answered my questions about the hotel. We were given the opportunity to upgrade our stay to Premium Pool Villa when initially I booked Sky Pool Villa. Honestly, it was the best decision I made for the day. After understanding the hotel concept/layout, I would very much prefer staying in their Premium Pool Villa. We requested for the room not to be too far away from the lobby and we got what we requested. They have 24hr buggy ride that you could easily call in and get in less than 5 minutes! It was so convenient for us to move around the resort. The room was clean and well maintained, super love the layout with a good view from our private pool. The pool was also clean and was very happy at how they maintained the whole room. Only one issue we had during the stay was the aircon was not as cold as what is stated on the remote control. They had one small ceiling fan but every now and then we just don’t find the room being cold. However, it was still okay for us. If you have plans to stay there, be ready to plan activities that is provided there because the place is too far out from the city. No nearby malls or restaurants. We had an infant with us hence we were not able to do much but they have water activities, hiring bicycles and beach activities. We wish the restaurants there would have opened at an earlier timing instead of 5pm/7pm for guests like us to enjoy dining since we didn’t had much choices of activities to do. We wanted to book their karaoke room too but was disappointed as they only had two types of room available, both for pax more than 10 hence the price was too expensive for a family of 4 persons. Additionally, they are only open during late evening till 12am. We were still happy during our stay because of the kind staffs there. They were all very friendly and always smile and welcoming us. They greet us each time we enter the lobby, entering the restaurant or taking the buggy ride. Well done to all the staff at Lexis Hibiscus!

Highly recommended for family with young children and fancy for a relaxing staycation. Room is clean and spacious for family of 4, well equipped with amenities. The private pool and bathtub can keep the kids occupied full day 🤭 Besides, beach activities and water sports are available too, good to spend some time there in the evening. Staffs are friendly and delivery of mineral water etc considered prompt despite they need to send via buggy, but never missed any requests. In terms of food, if reluctant to leave the resort, there are cafe and Japanese restaurant for considerations. Breakfast buffet spread was better than expectation, with reasonable spread and decent Americano.

The room was very big and spacious Cleanliness was not there ! We checked in and called the room service to mop the floors. The pool was also not clean, as the corridors of mirror was full of algae. Also the steam room certain parts contains algae. Looks like the room maintance team is not doing a good job and they are not been supervised. I saw few room service staff chilling in the rooms after cleaning, lack of supervision. But the room and view was superb, great hospitality service from top to bottom, from front desk, buggy drivers, rosselle cafe staffs, food excellent for breakfast. Room cleaniness is 0 rating. Front desk 10/10 rating for a great hospitality. Such 5 star places should be maintain with good cleaniness. My room was 257 Premium Pool with Sea View. I hope cleaniness should be no negotiable to maintain the stars of your hotel / residence.
