“Good location, good host”
Hotel is just behind the beach, in city centre. There is a SOK mini market across the street, restaurants everywhere. It was so convenient. Room was a little tight for 3, partly because there was a queen bed in addition to 2 single beds. We did have comfortable sleep though. Coffee and tea were available throughout the dsy. The host was very helpful. I was unsure how to get from another city to Bodrum. She gave me information. At check in, she served us coffee and tea and chocolates! She also helped to book taxi to airport and was up at 5am to ensure taxi was there and to help with luggage. My only problem I had was the thin wall in my room. I had no idea there was another room behind a wooden wall. We were in our room joking and laughing in the evening at about 6pm when suddenly we heard banging sounds from the wooden wall. I believe it was to shut us up. But, It was 6PM and Bodrum is a party place even late into the night. The host had told us at check in to expect noise at night. No problem at all. But nothing prepared us for rude guests. When we hushed down, true enough we could hear them talking. The wall was thin. Still, they could have come over to request that we tone down. They chose the uncouth way of banging the wall. Again, it was only 6pm. We did not want to kick up a fuss and did not want to spoil our holiday. And indeed we had a great time in Bodrum.
