Budva Municipality hotels & accommodations
Large balconies right over the water. One of the best seaside locations in Montenegro.
Furniture stained disgustingly. Only possible to sit down on towels. Curtains ripped, not possible to close them, which means sunlight in your face at 07:00. It rained and water was coming trough the windows. The shower floor was damaged so I hurt my foot. Horrible smell coming from under the damaged tiles in the floor. Even after complaing the had all day to do at lea...
Service was incredible without being intrusive. Nothing was too much bother. Staff also very friendly. Pool area was lovely and you could order drinks there too. Food was lovely. Big beds, clean room and very quiet. Free car park underneath.
Easy to go to the beach if you are ok with stairs, really nice room easy to find with a car
clean, breakfast is good, friendly staff, parking is free, very close to restaurants and stores, 10min walk to the beach and 20min to Old Town.
8 mins by walk to main bus station, good small family style hotel, good breakfast, clean and tiny a bit far from beach (12-15 mins) and old town
great place to stay, Saki is great person to be around, did an excursion with him jumping off high cliffs and sailing around montenegro WOW! great host. Music often on evenings/ morroccon feel, breakfast available I shall see you soon Saki
The hotel room was nice and clean. We have a seaview room andthe scenery was absolutely tremendous. You may want to spent your whole time sitting in your balcony.Breakfast buufet is good also hotel serves daily lunch and dinner meals in affordable prices. It is near the main bay of Budva, you need to have a car for going the budva central ,also hotel personel show you a ...
Everything was great
The apartment was very nice! Due to rain we spent most of the time inside, and we enjoyed it. The lady was very helpful with everything and the room was clean. The only thing, that could be a problem for some people is, that there's only one double bed in there. The other two have to sleep on a sleeping couch. We didn't mind, but it should be signed out in the descrip...
Brilliant view of the old town from balcony.Free WiFi worked great.10 min to shopping center with local market.15 min to Old Town or Mogren Beach. The host were lovely people(Stojan+sister+cousin)with handy infos you need.Lovely villa hidden in the trees and vines.Enclave from noisy city centre of Budva.
place like a dorm, but all ok
Overall I would definitely recommend this hostel! The location is great as its in the old town (however their is a club next door that plays loud music until 1am), the dorms are air conditioned, the bathroom and kitchen are well equipped and clean, and the staff are really friendly and helpful!! The hostel can also organise tours and give advice. We went rafting and it...
Convenient location, with supermarket and cheap eats just outside and 5 mins walk to the bus station, but the restaurant next door plays music late into the night and it can be clearly heard even when the doors and windows are all tightly shut. If u're looking to rest early it might be a challenge. Room is nice, clean, spacious and well-equipped with nice decor. Host d...
The host is kind. Price is super cheap and the room is big
astoria is the most "luxurious" hotel in budva town and one of two in old budva. hotel pretends to be boutique with some design elements, impressive "water wall" at entrance etc - but this is rather 3-4 starts hotels as it lack some style and comfort. rooms are rather small and steamy with inperfect air circulation - and if your room faces the street it can be noisy in...
Good for travelers with children who require curtain level of comfort. Aquapark next door is good addition
It is nice hotel, we are happy
Exelent!
The hotel is well presented (better than the photos which I thought made it look a bit retro), clean and the staff are friendly. It's just a 10 minute walk from Budva but there's also plenty in this area to keep tourists amused. The hotel facilities were great with the exception of the "gym" which is really just a room with some old weights and a step machine. The brea...
Good location at around 500m from the beach. Room was clean. Good quality for the price paid during high season. Free parking which is a strong point since it is almost impossible to park in Budva during summer time.

Great stay. No internet in the room, but in my case it was advantage. Instead of internet surfing i was reading a lot. They can arrange taxi from and to the airport. Taxi costs around 40 Eur from hotel to Podgorica airport. The staff is very friendly, nice clean rooms, tasty breakfast. I suggest this place to couples. But book in advance to choose the best rooms.
We had a wonderful stay here - the apartment was clean and we were treated very warmly for our honeymoon. The view from the apartment is amazing and being in the center of the old town was awesome. I'd definitely recommend this place for a night or two when in Budva. The siblings Alexander and Dijana were very friendly and helpful. The shower takes a while to heat up ...
Super friendly staff and clean room
It's a family business for 8 years now, you can see the owner wishes to make you at home. He lives inside the building and would take care of everything. the room is very comfortable open spaced and full kitchen to use. we also got a porch, huge one to enjoy the morning breakfast.
good location, easy to access to the beach & old town, restaurant & supermarket at nearby. room is clean, but for the utensil in kitchen we are in doubt. water in bathroom drain slowly, we didn't aware this at first night, finally make the toilet become flooded. informed staff at next day and they prepared several big towels on toilet floor. staff is nice and keep s...
I Had a wonderfull time the hotel reception was very understanding even though I booked a double room they have only charged me for a single, very helpfull very friendly staff, very nice location close to beach and city.

Clean and comfortable. And it closes to the bus station, just takes around 15 minutes walk to the city centre.

Very good!
We've stayed there for five nights. The personnel was very-very helpful, the room was nice and clean with private bathroom and balcony. There is shared kitchen with fridge. The hotel is 8 minutes by foot from the beach. The neighborhood is calm, parking is possible on the sides of the street. This hotel is perfect for a good holiday, we only have good memories. The owner is so helpful, great position, if you need to get away from the world and enjoy the sun and relax then this is the place.
We stayed in the two bedroom Apartment at the top of Apartment Sana. Though I coukd not find an owner when we arrived, when I tried the door upstairs it had been unlocked for us and heaters were on inside to welcome us. The apartment was fantastic! It had a nice sized kitchen that was well stocked with basic utensils, plates, etc. The twin beds were fairly comforta...
Very friendly and helpful hosts! Everything was fine. You can find any kind of shops/restaurants what you want in the nearby.
place like a dorm, but all ok
We really enjoyed our stay in Budva. The location is not far from the bus station which was convenient, also for us close enough to just walk everywhere. The room was super clean and well maintained.
Need your own transport
not friendly host, old lady looking just for rent payment, and give you only to 10 oclock as check out time otherwise perfect location and flat
The room and toilet was very clean. Frendly staff. Close to supermarket & bakery,10min walk to the beach.
Super friendly staff and clean room
The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful, the guesthouse is located in a very quiet area, just 15 minutes walk away from the old town of Budva. The rooms are very clean and nice. The owner will send you details in advance on how to reach the guesthouse by car. There is car parking available, which is rare in Budva.
Even with the low price these apartments is a bad deal. The rooms are way smaller than on the pictures, they are more like a closet with a bed, than an actually room. The complex itself is old and hidden in some weird alley. Some of the staff were even rude and aggressive. Simply avoid.

The place is very nice. The balcony / reception and dining area is very cool. You can organize with the owner some dinners, lunch or breakfast day by day. The location is per...

The apartments are difficult to find so I suggest calling the owner and he is more than happy to meet you and drive you to the apartments. Very clean and the owner is more than helpful

This is a very cozy family-run hotel in a quiet village of Sveti Stefan. The family owning the hotel is very nice and attentive, eager to help you and provide information about sightseeing places, etc. I stayed in a comfortable room with a nice sea view balcony. About 5 minutes' walking distance to the beach. Good access to public transport to go to Budva or other plac...

The hotel is clean, staff extremely helpful and friendly. Within easy reach shops and the seaside, although I was there for a meeting. In terms of hospitality the staff at Stella di Mare, especially Sanja was exceptional. It was a delight to stay with them.
The hotel itself was fine, but a bit out of the way. It took us awhile to walk to/from the beach and the fact that we got kicked out at 10 AM was a bit annoying.
It is very good to swimming at beaches and eat ice cream & cake.

As with the vast majority of accommodations in Montenegro, apartment means the size of a hotel bedroom with a small kitchenette. In the case a sink, double hot plate, fridge and kettle with utensils and plates to cater snacks or a small meal. Most importantly it was immaculately clean with clean bedclothes and towels. The bed had a new very comfortable foam matress. TV...
The hotel was very quiet and great value for money especially since we got a room upgrade. However we were there off season which meant the hotel wasn't full. I can imagine it being too crowded in the summers.
A great apartment with a lovely balcony and fabulous views of Sveti Stefan and Budva in the distance.
Pros - beautiful, well appointed rooms; brand, spanking new (I was the first person to sleep in the room I was given); quiet location (but not too far from the old town or the night life); and young, helpful staff who provided great recommendations on places to visit. Cons - the hotel is so nice that it will probably be a lot more expensive to stay there the next ti...
