This was our first time to Izmir, Turkey and we picked Movenpick due to it's location. We requested for high floors and Sea View but was placed on the 3rd with a sea view. We also stated that we were on Honeymoon and the hotel decorated our bed with (fake) rose petals and embroidered pillowcase. Breakfast was not included in our booking, but we paid for it (39 Euros/pe...

Just too crowded coz when we came, they had some seminars going. It’s pretty uneasy when the staff hard sell you the executive rooms saying that they’re renovated. And one staff said to my dad, you pay standard...

It is probably one of the best hotels in Izmir and a good hotel to stay in if you are on a business trip and have to get in and out of Izmir quickly. However, if you want to do sightseeing in Izmir, it is too far away from the city center. However, the hotel has very good facilities and the staff speak good English.

The hotel located far from tourist area. There are no tourist attractions near by. Eventhough it is next to the sea but there is the road like highway in between and there is no flyover that we could walk across the street to walk along the sea shore. We can just look to the sea from our room. The room is good with good Sea view. we love the bed very much. It is big an...

I liked my stay at Nicea Hotel! I arrived near midnight and they waited for me. I took the free Global Atlas shuttle from Izmir airport to Selcuk and the walk from the drop off point to Nicea Hotel was short and easy to navigate. Hotel venue and the staff were great; however, I experienced a lot of troubles because of Agoda and partner company. I'd booked a room with sea view, paid more than the one with land view, printed off my booking confirmation from Agoda, and showed it to the reception upon arrival. I was unfortunately told that the agency (Hotelbeds) Agoda partners with informed them th...

It's hard to find fault with Ayasoluk Hotel. It is in a great location to access local sights, Selcuk's downtown area and the bus station. The outdoor bar area and the restaurant are both pleasant ...

We booked a deluxe room and the view is amazing. It's an unforgettable experience that you sit at your balcony and see the sunset. The location is good, in the central part of Cesme, only 3 minutes walk to the castle, and it's also very near to the point to take a minibus to Ilica or Alcati. The owners of the hotel are soooo kind and helpful, and everyone here is fri...

The road to the guesthouse was going uphill. If could not find, just ask the people around as they know this place. My room was located in different building just across the house where the breakfast was served. It was on the 2nd floor with stairs off course. This pansyion is a super simple and clean place ran by a nice family. For the money you pay, this might be the best option in Izmir. The staff are welll trained and professional. Location is perfect to walk to the Kona Saat/harbor and also to Asansor. The hotel has a gym, rooms are om size. They offer great breakfast too.

Good sized room, giant bed, very clean, remarkably quiet considering its location in the middle of Izmir, and professionally run. A bit bland but then again it is part of a chain. The breakfast (free with our booking) was excellent - a huge choice including fresh fruit, delicious yogurt, juices, filter coffee rather than the dreadful and all-too-common Nescafe instant...

LOVED this place! We were a group of three and all thought this was the best place we stayed on our road trip around Turkey. I would return for the homemade breakfast alone, it was a spread of ho...

great hotel run by an incredibly friendly family. our time in seljuk was sullied by on and off rain, so rebetika was a lovely place to rebase after walking around town. we were always greeted with apple tea and pastries in the lobby, and the owner's son is absolutely adorable! rooms were small but clean, and the breakfast spread was delicious.

I took the Havas Bus airport transfer from Izmir airport in the very early morning. The bus made a stop quite near to the hotel so it is within 5 mins walk. The corridor on my fl...

A great little boutique style hotel, and the staff were super friendly. English was very limited, but we always found someone to translate. The room was nice, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We stayed at the Hera Boutique Hotel for two nights and loved it. Although we arrived late after a long drive from Troy, the manager was not tired := but offered us a snack of local nuts and wine.
