Stay was very nice. They gave us a free upgrade to a large room with a balcony that overlooked the central town square. Price included breakfast buffet, which was delicious. Staff were great. We will come back.
This is a modern and clean hotel, rooms are a good size and furnishings are smart. I would recommend. Though staff weren't especially very pleasant throughout my experience.

Great location, Small Friendly Personal Hotel, the most warmest of welcome's and hospitality from them, close to the beach less than 10 minutes walk from Kotor old town, amazing views and location. They have a beach in front but i didnt enjoy it much. The staff treat you like family and the events are very fun. The drinking game we played at night and the pub crawl was crazy. There are plenty of bathrooms. I enjoyed it a lot and would definiyely come again.

Easy to locate and just next to one the entrance to the mountain where U can climb up for very good view of Kotor!! The only small issue is that there is limited TV programme to watch :`(

We stayed in several small boutique hotels, guesthouses, and AirBnBs in old towns from Venice to Kotor, and Hotel Astoria was probably the best. The location is excellent, the room was beautiful, and the restaurant was great (definitely go for the breakfast). We only had one night in Kotor, but the staff helped us make the most of it.
Marija is situated in the heart of Kotor old town. I awoke each morning to a stunning view of the narrow cobbled streets and the mountains in the background. Marija's location adds to the experience of Kotor, being in the middle of this beautiful town. Otherwise, the hotel is quite average. The owner Nenad, was very helpful and welcoming. There're some antiques and old family photos in the room (belonging to Nenad's ancestors), which adds on to the authenticity of the room. Great place to stay, room was excellent, fantastic views from the balcony, friendly owner- kind enough to let us check out late as we had late night bus. Only small negatives were poor WiFi on top floor and one very smelly bathroom! But overall great value for money
