This is definitely an older facility, but the staff were excellent and spoke good English. They were most attentive and helpful. The wireless internet was a bit dicy, but we found that the problem may be with using Windows 10, as Windows XP worked well. It is fairly central to the train station and downtown shopping.

Stayed here for just one night, the room was very basic but quite clean (something the chinese budget hotels sometimes aren't). It's right next to the Ludong university and the location was the main reason for me to stay here. Everything worked without a problem and the staff spoke some english as well.
