"The best hotel during our entire trip. I was initially staying in the Bocagrande area thinking that it was perhaps safer. Take my advice and stay here within the walled city instead. Great location with many good restaurants in close proximity. Great English speaking staff, esp Palao (sp?). We asked for a room was good wifi and were place immediately next to the router. Very strong signal, enough for video streaming. Clean, spacious rooms. Strong A/C. Lovely garden in the middle. Beautiful hotel. We were allowed a very late check out at a nominal fee. This hotel does not try to sneak the VAT. You'll appreciate this once you realize that it could cost you hundreds in even US dollars by the end of your stay in Colombia. I could not have asked for a better experience and could only wish that every hotel is like this one. Best value for a wonderful hotel. It receives my full recommendation."
