We have just had the privilege to stay in the Pan Pacific serviced apartment on Beach Rd in Singapore. If anyone is looking for an excellent clean establishment, go no further. The staff were polite and very helpful, nothing was too much for them, they made suggestions on how to manage our booking and as we arrived early hours 6.30am were very accomodating about how best to welcome us while waiting for our room. They then upgraded our room. We felt very looked after, amazing room, pool fantastic and location just right. We would not hesitate staying here again next Time we are in Singapore

I have been to several serviced apartments in Singapore but this is by far the best- considering the rate, area of the unit, cleanliness, proximity to the mrt. They also have a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment which was really perfect for me because most serviced apartments who offer 2 bedrooms only have 1 shared bathroom. The interior is quite old already but for me, it doesn't really matter because everything still works just fine and the place is really clean, complete with everything we needed. They actually provided more stuff than what we expected. I was also very happy that they cleaned the unit every other day as compared to other serviced apartments who only offers 1x a week cleaning. Their staff are also very accommodating. I cannot say anything negative about this place. I just wish they will accept short term bookings soon. I will definitely stay here if I ever have to stay in Singapore for a week or longer.

Ive stayed in Capri by fraser twice. I will stay the third time if the consistency by all their staffs maintains like how ive stayed with them the first and the second time cause nothing has changed!!! And it is a wonderful thing to observe that to maintain those standard by any chains is not easy. I would love to compliment every one including the interior designer of the hotel/service apartment. They did a wonderfully tremendous job to service guests and assisting everyone in need of help.. I couldnt find a single flaw to say. I maybe wrong but the hotel/serviced apartment is one of the best ive stayed in! And surely but dearly, they will see me and many more people coming in to stay with them without a doubt! Well done guys!

We have chosen Shangri-La Singapore as our main-stay in Singapore based on our experience with the Shangri-La hotels. We chose their Serviced-Apartments as we wanted a separate room for our kids. The service apartments are located next to the Shangri-La hotel which gives the guests the opportunity to use the hotel facilities (room-service, dining rooms, pool, kids play-zone, gym and so). The serviced apartments are located nearby (5 minutes walking) from the Orchard road. The service apartments are not new and not maintained on the same service level as the hotel (for somehow I couldn't figure out why) although the staff is very nice and helpful. Cleaningness can be much better - especially the bathrooms and the kitchen. My expectation from a Shangri-La brand was much higher. Unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations.

We stayed as family of 4 in a 2 bedroom unit. The room is spacious with comfy bed & each has own bathroom. The living room is quite big with a sofa bed. The kitchen is also complete with clean utensils, toaster, electric kettle, free water bottled, etc. They clean the room everyday. They have a pool but no gym facility. The location for us is perfect, only 7 min away by taxi/uber to orchard. Quite area and close to nearby hawkers/food stalls/mall in the havelock neighbourhood. I recommend this place if you are looking for service apartment in singapore.

We booked to stay here for 3 nights and needed to extend for another night and the staff were very accommodating in allowing us to stay in the same room at the same price. We were on the 12th floor and had 270 degree views of the Singapore skyline. The studio executive apartment was spacious and modern. It was nice to have a separate living, sleeping area and kitchen. The shower was large and bright due to a big window. The lobby had a nice modern feel and also loved the fresh aromatherapy fragrance. The wi-fi service was good and very much needed during our stay. Location was pretty good with a less than 10 minute walk to Dhoby Ghaut MRT station. A few convenience stores, restaurants and bars are close by. We would definitely consider staying here again if we came back to Singapore.

Checking in was not very smooth for us as I forgot to bring my identitication card for verification, even when my companion volunteered to use hers, Capella is very strict to only verify the booking with the person who booked the room even though i produced the credit card i used to book. A little inconvenient but at least they are strict in the check-in policy which at least makes me feel safer on security standard.. They are however kind enough to release the room to us but still expect me to provide a softcopy of my identitification card within 12 hrs. While I was pondering (with a sunken face) on how should i get it done as Sentosa is very far away from my house, Sophia noticed my expression and out of concern, asked me whether I am okay and do I need any help. She seemed apologetic to my situation but they still stand by their policy.. Not complaining but giving them the thumbs up for attentiveness to guest and being strict on policy which i hardly see in other hotels. Fortunately i managed to find a softcopy and cleared the check-in fast. However, our room was not ready (even at check-in time) and we were ushered to The Library to enjoy their lounge with snacks and drinks. We waited for almost 2 hours before we were told that our apartment is ready. Not very happy with the wait as I would expect it to be ready by check-in time, and we got bored with the minimal snack selections that didn't get top up fast enough. The staff serving us has been very friendly and drove us to our apartment even though it was a 2-3 mins walk from the lobby. Upon arrival then the staff told us that they have upgraded our room from a 1-bedroom apartment to a 3-bedroom apartment apartment! Luckily we were here for a celebration, eventually those who are not staying decided to stay and enjoy the fantastic apartment. We stayed at PPSS Orchard for 7 days in the last week of May. We had booked a 1 bedroom executive suite for this period. We were a couple along with a 3 year old kid. The unique selling point of the property is it's location. It is extremely well located in the heart of town, only a short two minute walk from the MRT station and bus station (of Somerset road as well as Orchard road). Within a similar walking distance, there are numerous options to dine out, access to a large supermarket, access to the Singapore Visitor Center as well as experience the hustle bustle of Singapore city. The apartment (we stayed on the fourth floor) is extremely well laid out and spacious. It had all the amenities we had expected (washing machine with dryer, hot plate, refrigerator, TV, etc) and was extremely comfortable. Breakfast, while restricted in its spread (as is common to most serviced apartments) was extremely well presented and replenished. All the articles were extremely well prepared and fresh. We enjoyed each breakfast thoroughly. Please bear in mind that there is no breakfast served on public holidays and Sundays. The same goes for housekeeping services as well. The staff was very helpful and responsive. Whatever minor requirements were presented by us were taken care off on an immediate basis. The only thing that we request the management to consider is the upkeep of the furniture in the rooms. The upholstery on the sofa cum bed as well as the dining chairs was quite soiled and dirty (with marks of spillage made possibly by earlier occupants). Given the 5 star rating as well as the price being charged for each apartment, cleanliness everywhere is a basic expectation. And it is only for this reason that I have not rated this property 5 on 5. P.S - A full length mirror would also be a good to have in such a nice apartment.

Offering serviced apartments; well equipped; excellent staff - friendly, helpful, efficient. Since the recent completion of the downtown line - 2 MRT (subway) stations in close walking distance, and a 3rd 10 min walking away; equally many bus stations close by. TV channels could be improved - to have at least a few movie channels. As most other hotels and serviced apartments in Singapore - rather expensive compared to other cities in the region. Excellent WiFi. Our second visit, and we'll definitely use them again.

This has been the best serviced apartment that we’ve stayed in Singapore in the last 10 years that we’ve been visiting the city. The apartment was ultra comfortable and the locations was superb! Housekeeping could be a bit more on the ball, though..As we were there for 7 nights and our sheets were changed just once.. and they removed the new bath soap that I’d kept on the counter for later use, as I had my own. The welcome basket was a sweet gesture but was missing milk, a basic requirement..But as the 7/11 was literally a stones throw away, it didn’t matter at all. The gym is also super....with very good equipment. We would definitely recommend Treetops as a serviced apartment of choice as it was great value for the money we spent.

Really great location - walking distance to orchard road, Clarke and Robertson quays and many MRT stations including fort canning just 700 metres walk away... apartment spacious for Singapore - 2 beds and 2 baths - living and dining area and kitchen with microwave fridge (full size) and washing machine/dryer... all spotlessly clean and apartment serviced every 2 days... great place to stay!!!

3 adults and a child of 11 years of age stayed at 8 on Claymore for 2 weeks. From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly, helpful, polite and efficient. They were not in your face but any request for assistance or travel directions to the various attractions was dealt with in a pleasant manner. The apartment was serviced well and was always clean. The apartment was not serviced at the week end but knowing this in advance meant that we could plan accordingly. 8 on Claymore is ideally placed, only 5 minute walk to Orchard Road and the MRT / buses. For the shopaholics Orchard Road was a shoppers paradise. Only problem was that the shopping malls were so large and interconnected that it was easy to lose your orientation (not the fault of 8 on Claymore). Most of our party enjoyed the eastern food supplied at breakfast but my grandson and wife could not always eat it. This was not a problem as there was cereal, fruit, cold meats, cheese and cookies. We would have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation to anyone visiting Singapore.

We had a fantastic trip to Singapore and a wonderful stay at the ParkRoyal Serviced Suites. We are a family with 3 young children and the 2 bed apartment was perfect for us. The staff provided a cot at no extra charge and also loaned us a high chair. There is no ramp to get from the entrance into the hotel but the door staff were always on hand to help us get the pram into the hotel. The service was outstanding. My baby daughter was sick while we were in Singapore and one of the staff offered to show me the way to the nearest Doctor. I was expecting a map or verbal directions but she walked there with me and the three children, then waited in the doctors surgery with the older two kids and returned with us. They really went out of their way to help us, way beyond the norm. The gym and the pool area was really nice too. The breakfast selection was great, however with our deal we got only 2 breakfast meals per day which was unworkable with a family of 5, and the price for the children was very expensive, not worth it at all considering they don't eat much at all. Overall, we were very satisfied with the room, the location, and very very satisfied with the customer service.

Even though this serviced apartment needs a little more of a budget, there are so many more facilities here that will surprise a family when staying here. The kids fun room, nice pool with water toys, outdoor playground, nicely equiped gym, convenience of a supermarket downstairs, restaurants close by and downstairs, reasonable apartment space and very friendly service really makes it value for money. It will definitely be a place to stay again and highly recommend to others. Location is next to the Singapore river so it's a nice walk to MARINA BAY, and although a little out of the way, taxis and buses are a plenty to get around.

We booked this hotel after reading other reviewers comments. We were not dissapointed. The hotel is centrally located about 350 metres to the MRT station and 500 metres to Orchard Road. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the rooms were cleaned well and early on in the day, This is great if you are coming back to the room after lunch for a relax. Yes there is construction going on next door but don't come to Singapore if you are going to sit in your room all day and then complain about the noise!! There is a fair price supermarket in the building plus a chemist. The free breakfast was good. I can't comment on the Asian dishes but the eggs, bacon, baked beans, toast, danish pastries, fruit and fruit juice certainly set us up well for the day. A hint for you. The fridge in the room is in a cupboard. If you leave the cupboard doors closed the fridge gets really hot and does not chill well. We left a note for the cleaner asking that the cupboard doors be left open. That way we got ice cold beers and water. The station and Orchard Road are a few minutes walk away, under cover as well in case it is raining. We would certainly stay here again when next returning to Singapore.

This is a serviced apartment -- you give up daily cleaning/refreshing and restaurants for more living space, a residential neighborhood, and a business-focused facility. BUT WOW! The studios are large, airy and fully equipped, including the use of a Samsung phone to take with you for easy internet/map access. The location is a 5 minute walk from Orchard Road, the main shopping district, where there is plenty of food options, and 7 minutes from the Orchard subway station. It is also a 15 minute walk to Newton Circle, an incredible hawker stand with some of Saigon's best food. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The rooftop pool/gym/sitting area was a great way to end a long day of sightseeing and business. I would stay there again -- and recommend to anyone I knew.

I stayed with my daughter, mother, and sister for a week-long holiday in Singapore. We easily navigated our way from the airport to Fraser Place on the MRT and by foot. Our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment had a well equiped kitchen with a combined washing machine/dryer and spacious living and dining space. A variety of restaurants are right out the door along Clarke Quay, but it's also very easy to venture further afield by MRT or foot. There is a small supermarket across the road. The breakfast room was home-like with daily changes to the menu. It could get a little crowded at times but we never had to wait too long. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. We used the pool every day and it was always kept clean and tidy. On a few occassions there were no towels available but it doesn't take long to drip dry in Singapore! The hotel shuttle buses to Orchard Rd and Suntec City was a great with several stops on each route. Many thanks to all the lovely staff of Fraser Place

I like serviced apartments because they give you that homey feeling. That being said, some will find that serviced apartments like the comfort of a hotel. Rightfully so, because serviced apartments should allow you to your self, and do what you like as if it's you're home. Bur Darby Park Executive Suites go the extra mile. They provide breakfast service even if they don't have to, they provide shuttle services even if they're just a few minutes walk Orchard Road. Some thing that I appreciate, is the friendliness of the staff. Noah, the front office officer, has been very helpful and reliable all throughout our stay. The housekeeping staff are very courteous and they do ask you how you are and how they can be of help. I feel that the 7.1 rating in average is a bit underrated, because for me, my stay is a perfect 10.

Our family was on a 4 evening holiday in Singapore. We needed 2 rooms to accommodate the group. This is a service apartment set up with a kitchen and washer/dryer set up in the room. The location is 2 easy blocks away from Orchard. There are small shop stall eateries within 2 blocks, pharmacy, and mass transit stops. Downsides: (i) no concierge just a doorman who was usually away from his/her desk, (ii) minor design flaw: hallways are open air and get wet and slippery during the frequent Singapore downpours. Overall: Great experience.

Enjoyed my stay here. It was nice and quiet. Not a lot of people or traffic in the area. Close to shops and train station. Close enough to everything that it was nice and cheap to catch a cab anywhere. Staff are super helpful and friendly and was greeted as a regular after just 1 day there. Only downside is that it’s a serviced apartment, so that means it’s a min 6 day stay. Not their fault though. Will stay here again next time I’m in Singapore.

This is the best service apartment that my husband and I have ever stayed in. The staff is very professional and friendly. The view from the apartment is fantastic as it was located on the 17th floor. In the apartment building itself there are food courts and a supermarket. The MRT is just located at the basement of the building. The only down side is that there was no pool or gym in the facility.

This is an excellent service apartment. Despite of the small unit (compare to others service apartment in Orchard's area) the location is super. MRT station, Food courts, Shopping Centres are just steps away from the front door. Definitely a prime location. For location, nothing can be compare to Orchard Parksuites Serviced Residence. All the staff is really great and very helpful. However, the unit is quite small, specially the kitchen. Laundry room is only available at level 3, which quite a hassle, It will be great if each room has a washing machine. However, my overall review is EXCELENT. I definitely will comeback.

We booked two apartments in June 2016 to celebrate a special birthday with our two daughters, sons in law and 4 grandchildren. These apartments are in a great location and the staff were very helpful at all times. The accommodation isn't cheap and it's comfortable but not luxurious but we had everything we needed to make our stay in Singapore a week to remember. We would recommend these apartments to families wanting a central but not luxurious holiday.

Great serviced apartment - quite comfortable with plenty of mod cons including oven, washing machine, fridge etc. Nicely sized shower, rest of bathroom a little small but no big deal. Very good amenities supplied, including a nice basket of goodies on arrival (chips, cookies etc). My room rate included breakfast, and it was pretty good. The ladies on hand would custom make if you didn't like what was on offer, but the selection changed daily. The absolute draw-card of this hotel is the staff - they are by far the best I have seen in a long time in APAC - like what you would expect at a 6* hotel :) Location is great for exploring the lower Orchard area, with a few hawker places hidden away if you're looking for cheap eats, plus all the tourist restos located around Cavenagh/Orchard area. 7-11 within walking distance, and less than 10 mins walk to Dhouby Gaut MRT and Plaza Singapura. If you need a serviced apartment, I would recommend it - but for pure business travel I found it a little on the pricey side. Also, the gym is a bit ordinary (small, 3 people max) but the pool area is very nice.

We are a family of 4 and recently stayed at Orchard Scotts Residences for 2 weeks. The property is in a great location, a short walk from the MRT station and not far from Orchard Street. The pool area is great, a relaxed atmosphere and helpful staff. When we arrived the staff took the time to show us how everything worked and even recommended an online supermarket that delivered - we were out when the delivery was sheduled and the staff asked for our permission to enter the unit so they could put everything away for us! Once the staff found out it was our daughters birthdays, during the visit, they printed out individual cards and delivered them to our room with a family movie pass and a stuffed toy for both of them - they could not have been more lovely we were very touched by their kindness! Nothing was to much trouble for them. We were even upgraded to a bigger appartment. We had a fantastic stay - infact I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Singapore!

Misleading entry in Agoda shows it as a 3 star hotel which led to unnecessary mismatch between my expectations and reality. I did like the place, the expat owner is warm, friendly and accommodating as is his staff. But when I asked he shook his head in bewilderment "of course its not a hotel" (so who wrote the Agoda entry?) What it is is a pub in a shophouse that rents the rooms upstairs and that's it. The rooms are spacious and clean. Property and furniture are old but well kept. No standard services like toiletries, housekeeping or front desk. You can go downstairs to the pub for drinks or grub or you can explore the neighbourhood which is crammed with bars and restaurants. If you pay for breakfast with the room its served from 9 am most days - 11 am on Mondays so keep that in mind. All in all I was fine to stay here bar the false advertising. I'd have been happier paying SGD20 less a night. That's the fair price.
