Really enjoyed our stay at Nea Suites. The staff (Alp in particular) was very welcoming and made us comfortable with a cup of tea and baklavas from the little shop up front (on the house!) while our room was being prepared. This hotel was located near Sirkeci Tram Station, and it is in a cluster where there are many other hotels. The hotel staff could not do enough for us and can't be praised enough. They were professional, caring and informative and that is without exception all the staff we met. Stayed at this hotel on 2 occasions - pre and post group tour. This is not the best hotel in Istanbul but the location is perfect - in the old town close to trams, Blue Mosque, Grand Bizarre, Aya Sofia, Cysterns. Clean rooms and good breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

Almost everything from start to finish was great. I was greeted by a lovely receptionist during check in. Hotel Evsen not only scores on its location. The staff, rooms and the breakfast on the roof terrace are big plus points too. I stayed in Room 101 with a French balcony over-looking the street. Everything is good in this hotel, cleanliness, comfortability and staff. Two things I didn't like that much. 1- The size of the room. It is a small, but good for couples. 2- The ironing service price. They do not provide ironing tool, but they take Clothes external laundry which offer quite high rates In general, Hotel is very good. I enjoyed my stay.

Very convenient location near bazaar, Hagi Sofia, and blue mosque and right on streetcar line.
