we enjoyed staying in Woda villa.. the rooms are quite big while it looks small from the outside.. you will be amazed once you get in.. Overall, my experience at Woda Spa and Villa was quite pleasant. I visited on a weekday, and the breakfast was served à la carte, likely to prevent food wastage. I stayed in the "studio double room," which was nice, though the room name was a bit confusing since it featured only one bedroom with a king-size bed. The highlight for me was the privacy of the private pool; it was well-shielded from other guests, offering a secluded space to relax. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, equipped with an automated air freshener and ventilation fans in the bathroom to keep everything smelling fresh. The "over water" concept, however, fell a bit short. The water around the villa was greenish due to algae, giving it more of a pond-like feel rather than the tropical sea ambiance one might expect from a resort like this. Despite this, I was pleasantly surprised that the mosquito situation was well managed, with only one or two mosquitoes encountered during my stay, which is understandable given the surroundings. In summary, while there were a few minor drawbacks, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the comfort and privacy offered by Woda Spa and Villa.

Customer service: I would say tip top cause upon arriving, one of the staff take the initiative to approach us and carry our bags and luggage. Staff were all polite and efficient. Check in & out process: Seems seamless but because we were super early hence we have to wait quite long for the villa to be ready however it was fine for us since there is a seating area. We had to make a deposit either $50 or $100 (cant remember how much exactly). As for the check out it was great too accept that, we had to take some pictures that we thought should be raised up like chipped wood from the pool area and chipped walls as well. Upon checking in, we didnt notice it so to play safe please do take a picture alright. Staff take note and returned back our deposit. Anyways, deposit can be singapore dollar cash. Villa facilities: Everything was clean and room smells room. Curtains can be controlled by google “alexa”. Bathtub was huge that can fit both my husband and i. Pool was clean and lastly, the entire villa is definitely giving me bali vibes. Take note, if you’re easily bitten by mosquitoes, pls do wear insect repellent or you can take the lotion at the lobby which smells so good and not tacky at all! Breakfast: Honestly, breakfast was not so good. Choices were limited, taste was not there and the buffet area is outdoor so it may attract insects like flies. Those big ones. I believe this has room for improvements. Location: Its located at the other side of batam which is not so near to Nagoya but of course its not too far also. Probably 20 minutes or so kind of ride to there. Other than that, the villa itself is easy to find so not to worry.
