Mixed Experience at Worldview Grand Hotel”
My recent stay at Worldview Grand Hotel left me with mixed feelings. While the hotel offers decent value for money and a convenient location, there were several aspects that fell short of expectations. Let's start with the positives. The hotel room itself was clean and reasonably comfortable. Despite some noise from neighboring rooms, the overall cleanliness was maintained well. However, the issues began with the promised breakfast package. Although included in the room rate, the breakfast was served at a third-party restaurant that left much to be desired. Despite advertised hours from 7-11 AM, they abruptly stopped serving around 9 AM, leaving guests feeling misled. The restaurant staff were not only rude but also deceptive, making false promises and manipulating guests. Moreover, the quality of the breakfast was disappointing. It consisted mainly of fast-food items like nuggets and sausages, hastily prepared by the cashier. Even the noodles served were excessively oily, clearly lacking in quality. Service from the hotel staff was another letdown. They were unhelpful and seemed unapproachable, offering little assistance or hospitality throughout my stay. Basic amenities like a hair dryer or laundry services were non-existent, and when questioned, the staff simply denied any such services without explanation. In conclusion, while Worldview Grand Hotel offers a reasonable stay at an affordable price and a convenient location, the experience was marred by misleading breakfast offerings, poor service from both hotel and restaurant staff, and a lack of basic amenities. For those considering a stay here, be prepared for potential disappointments and manage your expectations accordingly.
Improve the facilities ”
The hotel looks really nice. I like it's spacious room, comfortable and relaxing environment at the lobby. But I don't like the mirror on both sides of walls in the room. Water heater leaking and I not dare to use it (Room 403). It's really good that hotel provides enough pillows (6 pillows for 3 persons). I like the hotel cafe which operates till 1am provides a good service. I'm not really like the roadside parking. TV remote control can't be used. Kettle with unpleasant smell. Please make sure all the facilities in good condition before guests check in.

Stayed at with my girlfriend. Room was pretty good, clean, shower and tubs functioning and cleaning team was great. Both reception and room service guys were really helpful, allowed me early check-in. I personally recommend you guys sty here . Staff are so friendly and helpful.

We reached the hotel at 4am(almost). The receptionist was kind and thoughtful. When we got up to the room, its pretty and clean. Worth it. Located at the heart of Setapak, easy access and standard struggle of parking spot lah I'd say. The breakfast buffet was okay and the staffs were very helpful. Thank you for reading my review.
